[Unending] Korean War: Conference, Films, Art
The (Unending) Korean War includes an academic conference, art exhibit, panel discussions and a series of film screenings that examine the Korean War, and the ways in which it has reconfigured memory, political economies, knowledge and culture on both sides of the Pacific, leaving legacies of uprootedness and unending conflict.
Films: In the Matter of Cha Jung Hee (D.Liem, 2010), Memories of Forgotten War (Liem, 2010), Grandmother’s Flower (Mun, 2008) Free and open to the public, but RSVP requested.
